Morning transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight to Cape Town and later connect flight to George Airport - Mossel Bay.Upon arrival you'll be greeted and transferred to your chosen hotel.Pioneering the Slackpacking concept, the World-Renowned Oystercatcher Trail ranks among the top 50 hikes worldwide, as acclaimed by BBC, Getaway, and other major media. This enchanting journey unveils the unspoiled South Cape (Garden Route) coastline, stretching from Mossel Bay to Gourikwa Private Nature Reserve, with a breathtaking Gouritz River crossing. Embark on a serene 14-kilometer journey from Boggoms Bay to Dana Bay, commencing after a satisfying breakfast. This day's hike is a meditative beach walk, where the rhythmic sounds and movements of the ocean accompany your every step. You'll have ample opportunities to explore marine life as you pass Springer Bay and Nautilus Bay conservancies, with lunch packs to sustain you along the way. Later, enjoy a comfortable transfer from Dana Bay back to Boggomsbaai. The afternoon offers leisure time, followed by a delicious dinner and a restful night at your accommodation. Boggomsbaai, nestled within the Fransmanshoek Conservancy, values its natural environment, with residents actively preserving indigenous flora and fauna. Keep an eye out for southern right whales if you visit between July and November, as they can often be spotted just offshore.

Day 9

Embark on a picturesque 14-kilometer hike from Dana Bay to Mossel Bay, starting your day with a wholesome breakfast and provision of water and lunch packs. Begin your journey from Dana Bay's hiking point, taking in the captivating sights along the St. Blaize Trail. Enjoy lunch along the way and leisurely free time in the afternoon. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner and a comfortable overnight stay. Morning transfer to George Airport and board scheduled flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival in Cape Town, you'll be greeted and transferred to your chosen hotel, ensuring a seamless start to your stay in this vibrant and picturesque city. Enjoy the anticipation of the adventures that await you in the Mother City.

Day 11

Embark on your Cape Town journey with a visit to Table Mountain or Signal Hill if weather isn't ideal. Explore Greenmarket Square, a historic market, and Company Gardens, established by Dutch settlers in 1652. Pass landmarks like Parliament, Castle of Good Hope, and the Slave Lodge. Visit the colorful Malay Quarter in Bo-Kaap, known for houses dating to the 17th century. Don't miss the noonday gun firing tradition on Signal Hill. Note: Table Mountain closes from July 23rd to August 12th annually (subject to change).
